RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Assists in the preparation of the company’s cash plan (budget and forecast)
- Publish financial statements in time
- Carry out settlement of accounts with linked companies and foreign third parties
- Preparation and entry of VAT and Personal Income tax forms
- Correspondence with the state institutions and independent auditors, as required
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Prepare balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Plans operating cash and prepares weekly and monthly reports
- Plans cash payment inflows and outflows on a daily, weekly and monthly basе
- Prepares payments and confirms with the banks that the payments have been made
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or finance preferred
- Proven experience minimum 10 years in accounting
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and Outlook
- Must possess strong analytical interpersonal, and communication skills and can work with minimal supervision in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Ability to work occasional off-hours duty to permit timely attention to mission-critical functions
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skill
- Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative and multitask
